Goulash (Beef Stew)


300 ml of beef or veggie stock

300-450 g (1 lbs) beef (in cubes)

2 onions

3 garlic cloves

2 potatoes (cut in cubes)

1 red pepper, sliced

1-2 carrots, sliced

1-2 tomatoes, diced

diced pickles, optional

3 table spoons butter


1) Sear the beef cubes in butter in a pan

2) After that’s done, put the meat aside and roast the onions and garlic in the same pan

3) Prepare a pot with 300 ml of beef or vegetable stock and let the vegetables boil in it for about 10-15 min

4) Add the meat, onions/garlic and pickles (optional)

5) Let everything cook on low heat for up to 1 hour
